Demolition of 12 story building and 3 level below grade parking garage. This 12-story building was directly contacting a neighboring building and very close to another building, so we elected to demolish the building one floor at a time using Brokk robotic machines. We demolished the existing three level parking garage and excavated for new parking garage. This job was contracted with Clark Construction.
